After reading the interview done on Jose Mourinho, i really respect him more!! For peeps who dunnoe who is he, he is a football club manager. He is someone who really dare to speak his mind and dun mind offending others. Maybe to him is somehow mind games. But sometimes the things he say isnt of no logic!

Lets take the latest interview he did as example of why i respect him!

This is what he say about the other managers who just took over a new club.

"Some managers have a big excuse when they go to a big club. They say 'I need a lot of time to do it'. If you say this, you get protection.

"If you don't win the title in the first season, or second season, you can keep saying 'I need time'. Sometimes you stay for four or five years, keep not winning, and then keep demanding more time.

"I could never be like this. I live for the risk. I believe you can do it in the first season, and if you do not, you fail. I prefer it like this. I prefer the pressure because that's how I live.''

He really give me a feeling that if you are to do something or be successful, dun give excuses to yourself like saying need time or so. Be brave, look forward and do it! If you manage to survive through the pressure, you will succeed!
